How it works
During the workshop, I’ll invite volunteers to raise their hands to receive live coaching.
If you raise a hand, I’ll ask you to name an issue, challenge or question around which you’d like support. The content can be related to anything you like.
Then I’ll coach you, using the 5 steps of Soulful Impact as a guide, while the rest of the group witnesses and holds loving attention.
You are not required to raise your hand for coaching to attend. In fact, it’s possible to experience just as much transformation and insight by witnessing others doing their own work while remaining attentive and present to the process.
However, attendance will be limited to ensure we have enough space for everyone who wants to receive coaching to do so.
We’ll establish some shared agreements to keep the container tight, including:
Hold confidentiality and respect the vulnerability of those who get coached.
Join on time, keep your camera on and stay for the duration of the session.
Remain present and attentive throughout.
Practice speaking, listening, and witnessing from the level of soul.
All registered participants will receive a recording of the session within 24 hours (not to be shared to uphold confidentiality).
